Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to NICELYMADE Co. Each product is handcrafted with great care taken in formulating, blending, pouring, labeling and shipping your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email dnicely@rocketmail.com .

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please email dnicely@rocketmail.com for further details on how to return your product.

Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, contact dnicely@rocketmail.com within 5 days of receipt of your package. NICELYMADE Co. will provide you with a full refund within. Please provide pictures with your email.
